MyChart

You now have secure and convenient online access to your health history and medical record. MyChart never closes, so you can always review your health information, even after our normal business hours. This is an added value for you from CMU Health - and it's free of charge.

MyChart offers many features that allow you to conveniently:

  • Pay your bill online
  • Schedule or cancel an appointment
  • Renew prescriptions
  • Access test results
  • View your personal medical record
  • Send non-urgent medical messages to your physician

If you have login instructions from your physician's office or are a registered user, visit the MyChart login page. If you do not have access, be sure to ask a CMU Health staff member about getting a free MyChart activation code at your next visit.
