CMU Health participates with most major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Cofinity Network, Multiplan, most Aetna and Cigna plans, as well as most Medicare and Medicaid plans.

Co-pays and co-insurances are the responsibility of the patient and are expected at the time of service. Your insurance will be billed for covered services. Any non-covered services or deductibles are the responsibility of the patient.

The organizations listed represent a partial listing of insurance companies within our network. Insurance plans may differ in coverage, and we ask patients to call their insurance provider to ensure it is in network with CMU Health before their initial visit.
